Return & Exchange Policy

At Matness, we take pride in delivering products of the highest quality. However, if you happen to receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right. To request an exchange, please contact us within 21 days of delivery.

The item must be returned to our address using a registered courier service within Pakistan. Once we receive and inspect the parcel, a replacement will be shipped promptly to ensure you enjoy the Matness experience as intended.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, exchanges cannot be processed if the product’s press or finishing is disturbed. Since our mats are carefully packed rolled in a rectangular box, they naturally regain their original press and elegance once placed inside your car.
